CareXpress Self-Pay Program

It's important that you and your family have access to quality healthcare and urgent care services regardless of your insurance situation. That's why we're proud to offer a self-pay program that allows everyone to access affordable healthcare. And, it's easy to understand.

 

The CareXpress Self-Pay program was designed to be simple and straightforward. Below are the three levels of care and prices we currently offer.

 

Our providers will always take the time to explain the levels and make sure you're informed every step of the way. If you have questions, please call any of our locations. Our teams are always ready to provide the care you need, when you need it.

Minor medicinal conditions that go untreated can become major medical conditions that require more invasive treatment. One such condition is allergies, which might seem minor but can escalate if not properly addressed. The CareXpress team offers allergy testing and treatment and is here and ready to help. Please come see us if you need to.

Level I Care

$125.00

Visit Includes

  • Office exam

  • Up to two in-office labs*

  • Prescriptions if needed

Level II Care

$175.00

Visit Includes

  • Office exam

  • Up to two in-office labs*

  • One ID NOW™️ test

  • Prescriptions if needed

  • Blood draw for outside lab work^

  • One of the following:

    • Ear wax removal​

    • EKG

    • X-ray

    • Breathing treatment ✝

    • Injectable medicine ‡**

Level II Care

$250.00

Visit Includes

  • Office exam

  • Up to four in-office labs*

  • Up to two ID NOW™️ tests

  • Prescriptions if needed

  • Blood draw for outside lab work^

  • One of the following:

    • Ear wax removal​

    • EKG

    • X-ray

    • Breathing treatment ✝

    • Injectable medicine ‡**
